An Aston Martin is a work of art, designed to be appreciated from every angle even when it is at rest. With this in mind, Aston Martin is proud to announce a new design service that will envelop your car with fittingly elegant surroundings. Aston Martin Automotive Galleries and Lairs was launched at the 2019 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and is a natural evolution of the marque’s core strategy, started by the ongoing Aston Martin Residences project that is currently under construction in Miami.
“Imagine having a home or luxury retreat built around your own car,” explains Marek Reichman, Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer, Aston Martin Lagonda. “For the car enthusiast, the garage is as important as the rest of the house. We want to take Aston Martin ownership to the next level and a bespoke auto gallery that either focuses on showing off the car or is part of a larger, integrated entertainment space with simulators and such like can help our customers do that.”
Incorporating subterranean spaces, the extensive use of sleek contemporary materials and bold geometric forms, these concepts demonstrate unlimited possibilities
Working alongside world-renowned architectural practices, Automotive Galleries and Lairs is part of an ongoing series of architectural projects created by the Aston Martin Design Team, including several still-secret private residential developments. The suite of conceptual proposals that launched the new division doesn’t just focus on the car; this is an opportunity to create everything from a bespoke garage for a single model, a gallery-like setting for a complete collection, or even an entire residence. Incorporating subterranean spaces, the extensive use of sleek contemporary materials and bold geometric forms, these concepts demonstrate unlimited possibilities. “We have decades of expertise staging cars to present them at their absolute best, but we also understand the importance of storage and maintenance of these living, breathing machines,” Aston Martin Partnerships Director Sebastien Delmaire explains. “This is an opportunity for people to create their own unique world where they can share their passion for cars with their guests.”
